You must have at least three user accounts on the computer to complete these steps. As @ode2joy said, clearing out the user’s profile usually works, which is a more thorough procedure than just deleting .nst and .ost files. I have found that when this happens its due to the Account in windows needing to be updated. If you close outlook(make sure its not in the system tray) then click on start and type Domain, then find Access work or school. You should see the Microsoft account, click on it and disconnect it.
Have also login in another computer with this account but there is also coming the dialog with the message. My question is, how can I see what document is Outlook referring to? In Outlook thru Office.com, the account has no issue.

If you can open the original Outlook Data File, you might be able to recover additional items.
